香港澳门
●現與香港公營機構合作改裝擺渡車，因為實際運營中不需要較長的續航里程，但要求充放電方便快捷，所以創新使用鈦酸鋰電池，5分鐘即可充電95%，充分滿足客戶需求.
●新款右馱12米樣車将在10月底前面世
●天星小輪為香港有名旅遊项目，由中國動力領頭，香港理工大學、芬蘭Visedo公司、環保局、機電工程署及海事署、中華電力及香港電燈公司全力配合，擬改造12台天星小輪為電動小輪。純電動小輪將以兩台70千瓦時鈦酸鋰電池推動一臺160千瓦時電機，初步估算電動小輪能節省80%的油耗。
●7米純電動快艇项目
歐洲各主要港口已開始要求小型船祇進港後使用電機行駛，香港環保局正研究方案立法進行。中國動力已開始與香港理工大學研發7米電動快艇項目。純電動快艇將以90千瓦時的中國動力電池推動24千瓦電機。

●The Star ferry is a famous tourist project in Hong Kong,Head of China dynamics,Hong Kong Polytech University,Finland Visedo,environmental protection bureau,electrical ang Mechanical Services Department and Manine Department,China power ang Hong Kong Electric Company cooperate fully.
Plan to transform 12 star ferries to electric ferries,feasibility study to convert traditional ferry with electric ferry using LTO battery. The electric ferry use two 70 kwh lithium titanate to run a 160 kwh motors, estimated consumption can save 80% of fuel.
●7m Electric Speedboat Project
Europe's major ports started to request small vessels use motor travel after entering the port, the Hong Kong Environmental Protecton Agency is studying the program. China Dynamics started a seven meters electric speedboat research projrct with Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The electric boats will use China Dynamics's 90 kwh battery to run the 24 kilowatts motor.
